Walmart Pharmacy

"In all of the years I have used Walmart pharmacy, I have never had an issue with with any employees. Carissa at the Webb City Walmart pharmacy is very very rude. She was helping another lady that was helping me figure out my daughter’s prescription, not only was she rude to customers but, she is also very rude and impatient with other employees. I cannot remember the other gals name that was helping us but, she was very respectful, understanding, and pleasant."

"Love this pharmacy but it’s always understaffed at the checkout. For something I’m in no hurry for it’s Walmart. If it can’t wait then Walgreens."

"This is only about the Pharmacy not Wal-Mart itself. Every time I have gone in for a prescription they have not had my Insurance information although I have provided it 4 different times now. Twice was for the same medicine so I know it was already on file. Once, I had to go back for a refund of $5 because they didn't file to both insurances. The lady behind the counter turns around to another employee after providing me the refund and said, "Wow. It's just $5... really?" Totally unacceptable!! This time, I called to have a prescription refilled. My Information and prescription was verified and was supposed to be ready by 11am today!! My husband left our house at 1:50PM to go pick it up and it was not ready!!! What if this was insulin that was desperately needed or any other medication that was needed right away?! I wouldn't be able to get it because he had to wait too long and had to leave for work. I hate this pharmacy. I'm going to be taking my business elsewhere."
