"This place is a joke. They hold the packages until they want to deliver. I was informed that the manager pics which trailer to unload it isn't done by delivery to the FedEx. My pkg has been at the St. Joseph location since Friday. They have no clue when it will be delivered. I was told a manager would call me within 24 hours and go figure no call has followed through"

"I am waiting on FEDEX to deliver a package of medical supplies to me that has been sitting in St Joseph, MO since Wednesday, January 17, 2024 and was to be delivered on Thursday January 18, 2024. It is now January 24, 2024 and the package is still sitting in St. Joseph (60 miles away) on weather delay. I have had three UPS deliveries since Thursday, January 18, 2024, (including one on 1/18/2024), and the weather is still too detrimental for FedEx to deliver, I don’t understand. At the present time it is 46 degrees and cloudy out and the roads are dry, is it going to need to be 70 degrees and sunny before the weather delay is over and my medical supplies are delivered."

"I had a box of perishables that were supposed to be delivered 1/10/24 but here we are 1/13/24 and no delivery! No call as to why! I The weather is not great but our road and drive are wide open and so are the roads getting here! They need to hire some real drivers not the ones they have!!! They suck!!!"

"Can I leave a minus or no stars? I discovered when tracking my package that my insured, signature required package was listed as "damaged and undeliverable". I began an immediate search and put in two requests for delivery regardless of condition. I had to go through a generic Customer Support phone number as I was given no phone or address of the St. Joe facility where this occurred. I was promised delivery three different times in three consecutive days. It was the fantastic Postal N Shipping ( not FedEx) manager in Houston who boxed & shipped out my package who finally was my compassionate helper. He tracked down the facility and phone in St. Joe. He also contacted the management and has been there for me. Had it not been for him, I would still be hopeful for delivery. The FedEx web still lists it as "delayed" and "damaged: handling per shipper instructions". In truth, it was discovered the damaged box was THROWN IN THE DUMPSTER and taken to the landfill. Possibly right after declaring it "damaged" on the first day. Not one FedEx employee reached out to me or followed up. I will say, when I called the St. Joe manager; he apologized and said it was totally their fault. It does not make up for the painful loss of my original irreplaceable art of great personal value. Two of the images were of my late husband. I am currently experiencing PTSD feeling the loss of him all over again. I am devastated."

"It's funny 20 years in the same place never had a package Not be delivered when they said it was delivered. New driver for the company supposedly left it by a tree not the big front porch They said it was delivered properly I believe the thief was the fedex driver Case closed said fedex call The company we purchased the gift from. Liars and thieves. The funny thing is it's not even that expensive of a gift."
