"Fitness ER were professional from start to finish! We had a timeline that changed multiple times and they understood and worked with us with a friendly attitude the entire time. Logan and Joseph came and moved exercise equipment from one home to the next with great care for our things and even navigated our very steep driveway to get everything in the basement door without going across the new floor. Definitely recommend them!!"
"Delivery of our flooring was pretty painless! 4 stars due to 2 damaged rolls, but it happens. It was just on the ends so it can be salvaged. The techs delivering were personable and friendly! Update: floor rolls were probably damaged from the factory (there was red tape one one, which I was told was supposed to be caught by the factory). Second delivery of equipment went mostly smooth. We had 6 pieces delivered including a large modular wall unit. The modular unit took a long time to put together. They arrived around 11-ish and left around 10-ish. I didn't anticipate it would take quite so long, of course I've never put together workout equipment lol. Final product is great. Crew cleaned up and took all trash with them, which I appreciate!"
