Walmart Pharmacy

"They seldom had my meds in stock; or only a portion of them. (even tho I filled the SAME prescritions every month) I would have to make multiple trips because they wouldn't have everything available. The last time I used that pharmacy I had to wait 3 days, and u missed 12 doses of a medicine that clearly says NOT to discontinue use suddenly. The staff is overworked and tired and grouchy at times. I would never , ever recommend them"

"My husband and I are in the high risk category for COVID so once again we are avoiding public places. My daughter went to use the curbside pickup to get her meds and they refused to bring the meds out to her because they were so busy. So she has gone without for two days. My husband is there now. He’s sick with a sinus infection. It took over half an hour to reach someone to let them know he was there to pick up his meds because they would put him on hold and never get back to him. Now they have told him it will be an additional 30 to 45 minutes."

"I wouldn't have put a star at all if that were an option. Always extended wait time and Never have prescriptions ready. Then they send you back in the wait line. They don't have scripts on monthly fill date so every month my husband doesn't have his script for a few days. I tried here before and left and have now been with Nyburgs. We will be transferring all of my husband's scripts over to Nyburg.This place is a complete waste of time!!"

"I would put 0 stars. My boyfriend took my prescription up there at noon and at 5PM it still wasn't ready. They said it would be 10 minutes, and 30 minutes later they didn't even scan my insurance card so he had to go back in line and wait longer. Then they didn't even have one of the medicines. This pharmacy is a JOKE."

"I always have to wait 30+ min. in line and then when I get to the front my prescription is never ready... even though I have called it in hours in advance. I then have to get back in line and wait another 30 min. I thought I would fix part of the problem and start refilling it through the app the day before I want to pick it up. When I go to pick it up they now tell me that they don’t have it filled. I show them my confirmation and they tell me there is nothing they can do."
