"Love love love this apartment building. Anthony, manager, Tim and Brayden, father/son maintenance team are the best Secure safe building, heated salt water pool/hot tub(cannot wait till opens). We have fun(food) events put on by TLC and Anthony. Large community room, great for coffee/tea gatherings and residents are encouraged to have our own events, such as soup/sandwiches, just desserts, pot lucks. Usually great participation."

"Love it here. Very nice living conditions. Apartments are very nice. People for most part are very friendly. Great family atmosphere as most are single elderly adults who have lost their partner. Great location. Management is super nice and eager to help you. Maintenance men are super friendly and want to help also. They have a big responsibility and get the job done. We are all like family!"
"I can't say enough great things about Promenade Commons and the property management team. This is not only a beautiful (and safe) place to call home but a true community. Blake Ekstam is the best property manager I have ever encountered. He and Anthony truly care about the residents as well as the property. There is never a lack of communication - even after hours and on weekends, and there is always someone willing to lend a hand, play a game, or just hang out. And, there is something for everyone here. You can be as involved as you want, or remain in solitude (although with all the friendly residents, solitude would be difficult) I am going to share a true story of just one incident of the over-and-above service that we, as residents, encounter every day. Prior to moving in, I received an email stating that both elevators were down, but the staff was on site and would help ANYONE who needed help walking their dogs, getting down from the higher floors, or getting groceries up. Whatever they could do to help, they were there. (The email was circulated prior to 6:30 a.m.) So, if you are considering a place to call home or a place for your mom or dad, you really want to consider Promenade Commons."
"Such an amazing place to call home. The staff in the office are super friendly and knowledgeable. What a difference from other leasing offices. This place is brand new and if you are 55+, this is the place to be and call home. The area around is quiet and hopefully it will be this way, as construction in the surrounding area is prominent."
