After countless hours trying to resolve the problem with Verizon and talking to the head of the fraud department, I was told too bad so sad, work it out with your bank. With Brandi’s help we were able to stop the auto withdrawals, all in about an hour. I have been a member of Mazuma for over 25 years and will continue with their wonderful service. Thank you all."
