"I wanted a pedal kayak. In my area, there are only big "box" stores. So, very limited supplies and no one with much knowledge on the subject. No hope of support or follow up. Then, I found kayak shop. But, unfortunately, left it feeling the salesmen were used car salesmen. I spent my money at Ozark Kayak. Pleasant gentleman that just want to make sure you get what you want. That you'll be happy and enjoy your purchase. Their selection and prices were excellent. They will work with you to find a time for an on-the-water demo. Or, if you rent from them and purchase within 30days... they stated they'd give credit towards the purchase price. I got my kayak for my birthday. I'm doing a sort of family demo day to show it off. And, to convince anyone that wants one... that an hour drive to Ozark Kayak is well worth the time."
