"I was told that I would be at a certain price to have my taxes completed, when I called again & came into the office I asked again, cause I have used library 3 different times & always has a decent experience with decent prices to have my taxes done. Was informed that it be a week to have them completed, when I went to pick up, almost a month later, was informed my price double increase & only knock a little bit off. The lady told me they tried to call me 5 different times to inform me that my taxes are done & I said that I never received a phone call from Liberty Taxes to let me know I can pick up, and that I only had one phone asking me a question. The lady wasn’t all there, had a hard time on my last name."

"If I could give it no stars I would. The customer service is horrible. We had an appointment and when we arrived there they were closed and didn't even have the common courtesy to call and say they were going to be closed. The next day I called and they were open, but hadn't called to try to reschedule my appointment or even acknowledge they fact that they missed my appointment. I got told that I could either make another appointment or go somewhere else. When I was less than happy about her tone and told her that I was hung up on. Save your money and go somewhere that actually values their customers because this place is not that place."
