"I have lived here for about 7 months and have had very minimal issues. Anytime anything has needed fixed, it has been done in a timely manner. Very nice neighborhood, and very quiet."

"We have currently lived here since 2017 and it has sucked! The main issue is the landlady's change about 4 times a year and information is never passed on to the new landlady's. When we moved in we were PROMISED new flooring in 3 years, new blinds since some were broken and missing when we moved in, and a microwave which we had to annoy them about for weeks before we finally got one. When we got that microwave it was completely corroded on the inside and would leave rusty metal shaving in our food. Over the past 6 years we've put in countless appliance repair request but when we got ahold of corporate about it they basically said since we didnt email them and only called the office they have no proof of us putting in those request. They did however finally come fix all those repairs after 6 years so I will give them that. Our unit hasn't been updated since 2017 but most other units have. So we asked for our rent to be lowered or to move into an updated unit and they also refused that. We are paying $850 for an unupdated unit so while we get a stove from the 90s and carpet that's ripping up from wear and tear others get brand new electric stovetops and new hardwood floors and just a whole new apartment in general. You guys have lied to us which is against our tenant rights and we feel as if we are being taken advantage of for how nice we have been over the past 6 years. You guys are stealing our money at this point and refusing to listen to our complaints. We would've moved out by now but that's nearly impossible nowadays. My advice for anyone looking to move here just dont and if your do make sure you have proof of everything. Thanks for nothing Ellis point."

"Average at best, when I moved in my first day the apartment wasn’t ready until almost 5pm so I was moving in the dark. The apartment was also still very dirty and missing several items, most of the wall outlets didn’t have faceplates, the smoke detector was disconnected from the ceiling. Nails sticking out of door frames, tape still on the walls. Paint on the floor, just disappointing in general."

"It's a pretty solid apartment. Perfect for living in while prepping to buy a house. Some strange rules but you can have pets atleast."

"They want to charge me over 3 grand when I moved out. Over 1 grand to replace the carpet even though they put in new flooring when someone moves put. Over 100 for blinds even though I just replaced them. They have bugs in their apartments and I lived there for almost 4 yrs and they had at least 20 different managers. They jack up the rent every yr. Save your money and move somewhere else."
