"I have been banking here since it was Norbank and truth, the culture which made this a good bank then still exists. The merger was expertly managed, the excellent staff was kept on an rotated out with normal retirement or promotion. I do my business and personal banking here. There is no place better to bank in my opinion. The interest rates on savings accounts is a full decimal point higher than Us Bank. The bank is still locally owned, one of the few banking establishments that still are in KC. Yet they do have multiple locations in the city that make it more convenient then a stand alone bank."
