"BUYER BEWARE I knew Don was beyond rude from other reviews but I wanted to try the items. Got past all the transfer papers and his terrible comments to my 9 year old and he says he has a great deal on some ammo. I say ok and paid and find out he doubled the price and tells me I get half of what I should have. He says he does this all day and to hurry up and load my purchase. He called me a liar when I told him he figured it wrong. Then proves me right so now he owes me money. Raises the "sales tax" and credit card fee somehow with his scratches on paper and antique calculator. I think Don has seen a few things in his life but I honestly can't tell if he made a biden error or if was trying to dupe me. 2 stars because I'm hoping the quiet items are worth it. BUYER BEWARE"
"My husband and I stopped by Ozark Armory today and really appreciated the knowledge that Don and his wife have!, looking at the low rating it almost makes me believe that people don’t understand gun store etiquette, and also I can’t blame the owner for not wanting people coming in with hoodies and masks after all in this day and age who knows what or who is coming through the door! My husband was interested in a gun on the wall and the owner was more than happy to show him!"
"I have been to this gun store several times, I wish I lived closer to it, because Don knows his way around guns, but doesn’t like people just coming in and pulling guns off the wall . He is basically a no nonsense guy. I had Don build me a silencer in 5.56 cal and it works great. He has a few ww2 type machine guns and his store is like a museum"
"Extremely rude, got cussed out. He claimed he couldn't hear me so I guess that's what set him off. I understand I can talk quietly, but if that's how you want to treat a potential customer then goodbye! Stay away! Belligerently rude owner, mostly Chinese junk for accessories and prices aren't even that good. Will not set foot in there again."
"Don is very rude and disrespectful to both customers and his wife. If I had not ordered my gun online and already paid for it I would have walked out as soon as he started in on his wife. I will not be shipping guns there or even step one foot in that store ever again DON WAGENKNECHT IS A P.O.S."
