"If you go to pick up your prescription and you're told "Its not ready yet, please wait 15mins. You've been marked as in-store, we will let you know when its ready", make sure you check back with them every 15min. Don't wait for over 30min, expecting them to let you know its ready. Please train your employees to follow up with customers when their prescriptions are ready!!!"

"Went there at 845am Sunday morning because website shows open at 9am. Sat there and waited while pharmacist saw me and the tech walked by me several times and even said hi. At 915 I finally asked of they were going to open soon and the pharmacist had an attitude saying they don't open till 10am on Sundays. I told him the website shows 9am and even said hours confirmed 4 days ago. It sounded like he said that's your problem but was hard to hear since he turned away. When I asked him to repeat himself he just kept saying open at 10. How hard would it have been for either one of them to say hey do you know we open at 10 on Sundays? As they walked past me several times? Instead of just leaving a customer standing there for a half hour? Poorest customer service I've seen in a while. Judging by the ratings it's not uncommon. Thank you but I'll be taking my business elsewhere."
"Pretty pleased. They're fairly quick with getting your prescriptions ready and they're great when it comes to filling prescriptions that may differ a bit- example being having 2 of the same prescriptions but wanting the 90 day (even though that prescription wasn't next to be filled) instead of the 30 day. They also made sure I didn't fill a script too early so that insurance would pay for it instead of me. The pharmacists and assistants are kind and try to take the time to answer questions despite how busy they are"
