"Beautiful mausoleums, beautiful ecosystem of animals especially a plethora of red squirrels and it's very well maintained. Never reviewed a cemetery but this place is outstandingly beautiful."

"The oldest cemetery in Saint Joseph is full of history. There are many gravesites and family plots throughout, mausoleums that are varied and interesting to see, family names of passers through Saint Joseph on the Westward Expansion and family names of residents from history to present day are all buried here. Lovely carvings and headstones set amongst established trees and green grass make this a restful setting for those who wish to see the sights and for families who are looking for historic locations to visit. Graves are well tended and kept clean of debris, overgrown weeds and underground pests like gophers and moles."

"Wow, just wow!! I love cemeteries and saw this one was listed as a must see when in St Joseph. The mausoleums are so beautiful. Any direction you look are gorgeous examples of the unique monument styles of their day. One area resembled a chess board with all the tall ornate stones. A very peaceful place to visit."

"Came here to help contribute to FindAGrave.com. There's a ton of really beautiful monuments dating back to the 1800s, as far as I have seen. As with any cemetery, you will find some of the older headstones hard to read or even partially covered by dirt and grass, so you may need to keep an eye out. I have only been to a couple cemeteries, but nothing of this size. Their website is really helpful if you are looking for the section the grave is in. I've actually not been able to find any of the headstones I've looked for from Find a Grave, but that could be on me."

"What an amazing discovery! I am a cemetery tourist of many years and I always get a little chill when I find a place so beautiful, restful, historic and well taken care of. As I entered through the welcoming gate, I saw a sign that read "Masoleum Row." I haven't see anything so grand since I left SoCal! I imagine that these amazing mini stone mansions belong to the former owners of the majestic homes on Hill Street. The art, carving and even epitaphs were lovely and it should be a great place to take a afternoon stroll. These gorgeous grounds could hold their own with the smaller cemeteries in SoCal or Louisiana. A++++"
