"First time going, and I ordered 2 slushies with a breakfast meal for my son. Pulled up, and the order was completely wrong. I got charged for it and told the girl at the window the order was wrong. I told her again what I ordered, and she said she would have to cancel and re-enter everything in. I told her that was fine. Come to find out, she charged me twice and never gave me a refund like she said. If they say they will have to refund, please make sure you ask for receipt of the refund and a receipt for the correct order. I failed to do so."
"We ordered ahead on the app and checked in to one of the stalls. Our order arrived quickly and the server was really sweet. They forgot my dipping sauces, which was a little sad, but other than that the food was delicious and well packaged to not be a big mess. Today was a good day for getting food at the Centerton Sonic."
"Service was poor but food was good. Really depends on the day. Some of the drive thru people rush through and forget to ask for condiments. So you definitely have to tell them before you get to the window."
"It took awhile, which is understandable due to the 5-5:30 pm traffic. However, they shouldn't give a kids meal hamburger to kids or anyone else for that matter that has sat so long, that it's hard, dehydrated, and extremely inedible. The only decent part of it was the bun."
"Got dinner there tonight. Ate half of the meal. Lifted the bun on the burger to find an alive fly stuck in the cheese. Called to let them know and was only offered to have the food remade. Who would want to eat more food after that? Will not be back."
