"Of the many reviews that I have written, the overwhelming majority have been positive. I always want the public to know about businesses that are taking care of their customers and to share good service and product with them by way of reviews. I don't like reporting bad experiences, however people need to know about the failed businesses as well. I hope the owner takes heed, but after reading the many negative reviews I don't think that it really matters to him/her. I paid for products and was promised a shipment within 30 days. That promise was not kept. I cancelled after waiting 33 days for a shipping notification without not even a "we are sorry!" I don't need the owners apology now like he has written in response to many of the other unhappy customers. I think he should re-evaluate his business model and start over. "Was not aware there was a 30-day wait when ordering a firearm from this company. And I believe everyone should be warned. Please do your research before shopping with this business. As they have the slowest service I have ever experienced. And the prices are not the lowest. Similar prices can be found elsewhere. With less hassle and better service."

"This review is based solely upon the online experience which I would not recommend. Granted I was fully aware and willing to wait the 30 days for order to be shipped. But if I place order for an item in stock and my account is debit for full purchase amount I don’t expect an email on 29th day about that item having an inventory discrepancy and it being on back order. With shipping being slow and that being a high ticket item the one thing this place should be good at is keeping track of inventory. Now I’ll admit that item had a $50+ savings over any other place I could find on net but at this point it’s not even worth it."

"Stay away from this business if you know what's good for you. I placed an ammo order with them. The site says orders can take up to thirty days to process, which is fine with the supposed great prices they offer. Thirty days came and went. I emailed them to find out where my order was. They lied and said they had emailed me cancelling my order. She didn't state why the order was cancelled, only that my credit card had been credited back the money. So, they charge your account, on the hope that you may receive your order. Sure enough, the card had been credited back. I don't care about that, I placed an order, and I wanted the order fulfilled, as I had waited patiently. I don't like being lied to and given a song and dance as to why it wasn't filled. Not worth the wait, and not worth the hassle! Would like to find an authority to report them to, but I'm not certain who that would be."

"Excellent company for my online orders. I am grateful for their low prices and good service. Yes it takes a while for items to ship out, but that's part of the cost savings. They are very reasonable with shipping rates and their constant deals keep me coming back. I love supporting small family owned companies like this one and they deserve their recognition."
