"I need a NEGATIVE STAR. I went to pickup my daughter's new medicine, which Walmart didn't had in stock. Their response was so deceptive, four times, one after another, telling me it will be refilled tomorrow. After seeing me not leaving the counter, they pretended to call insurance, which they claimed was not authorizing (4 times they said it), and solve the "glich". Then only they realized they do not have it in stock and will give me tomorrow. I said i need it today, and yes it was a brand new prescription from Children's Mercy. Then they had to fax it to Hyvee. Walmart, you lost all business from my family, especially for my medication alone are $500+ a month."
