"Service has tanked since the recent property move. Also, removing the employee discount on meds without actually telling anyone is pretty shady."

"I called to get my prescription refilled, but I was rushed off the phone. I couldn't get an answer on when my prescription would be ready. My medication is time sensitive. I've never had a pharmacy unable to provide some sort of answer. I was told I would have updates via text. That's not good enough. The pharmacist was definitely stressed out. I'm looking into updating my pharmacy."

"This is ridiculous. Been calling for a prescription 4 days in a row. Sat in line for 45 minutes to be told to get back in line because they STILL didn’t have it ready. When I said no, as Ive been in line for 45 minutes already, her reply was ‘Oh, is the line long?” will most likely be going to Hyvee as we gave them a grace period to get situated with the new location and everything And its worse than ever!!!! If i were the manager, I would be worried and I would be making a change. Maybe they need to keep both locations open so everyone isnt going to one location and waiting. The last 2 times i went, my wait was one whole hour"

"When it was Medicap, it was great. Now it's horrible. Called meds in, went to get them 2 days later and was told they are not filled. When I asked how long, the lady shut the window and walked away without responding. My kids went the holiday weekend without meds. Went back after the holiday and was told they still are not filled. Had to sit in the drive through line and hold up the line. At that point, I was able to get partial fills. I will be switching to another pharmacy."

"I went to get My diabetic meds last Wednesday. Went through drive thru. No body helped me. I waited in drive thru for 20 to 25 minutes with nobody coming to help me. I am out of my diabetic meds and running high blood sugars. And have asked for my meds to be transfered to Kohls pharmacy I Malvern. Still no meds. Not good"
