OFFICE ALWAYS CLOSED AND NO-ONE EVER ANSWERS THE PHONE. MY AIR HASN’T BEEN WORKING SINCE I BEEN HERE OVER A YEAR NOW. My Whole house is a sauna day in and out. But some how paper keep getting put in my mailbox threaten me if I don’t do something. I’m ready to take legal actions. Since I can’t get no at the office or on the phone why not here"

"This company has admitted they made a mistake and erroneously cleaned out the wrong apartment. They threw out all the belongings of a family with young children by mistake. This family lost all their furniture, treasured momentos, photos, clothes, and personal paperwork like birth certificates and social security papers. When they admitted their mistake, this company didn’t do anything to help this family that they wronged. They took this family’s belongings and then didn’t make sure that this family had a place to stay, clothes, and food. They left this family to fend for themselves after taking everything thing they own. That’s heartless. This family could have been hungry on the street for all this company cared."

"1. Who and what have you done about the error made on your behalf regarding the woman who's stuff went missing because of your staff? 2. Do y'all even plan on giving the money y'all lost back to her cause from what the news said the lady didn't even wanna go on camera nor call back also lied and said shed give a statement when she didn't so y'all just hire people to help tear your rep down even more 3. Her staying here and y'all not even trying to replace anything that y'all threw out y'all not only left her without a place but also her children and its said to say that her children beg her to come home but they can't because y'all left them with nothing 4. I think she should take y'all to court and have y'all served for everything that was in the house being that it was yalls fault so anybody reading this lets help seek out a good lawyer/pi to figure out what really went down and why because from what everything being said is they don't even care to pick up a phone nor care in general so let them get served"

"I like these townhomes, they are spacious, very nice since it has been renovated, and are income based (through HUD). The surrounding area may not be so grand since there's crime but these days that's pretty much everywhere you go! They do have tight security on the property so that should make one feel safe and they are doing alot to rebuild the community. I gave it 4 stars only because of the location (although it's close to alot of things in walking distance) other then that I feel it would be a great place to live!"
