"After 1 month of asking someone to fix our hot water, nothing has been fixed. Jesus was a waaay better manager. I have lived here a year and this place has gone down.. You put a work order in and you will get an automated email saying, "Congratulations we've fixed your issue" When in actuality nothing or no one has done anything. It has been a month since I have had running hot water. They have no intentions on correcting this problem. Also, "Management", please do not respond to this message until you have corrected my hot water. Because it's clear you aren't sorry or going to fix this issue."
