"Long time resident 3+ years and I hate to say the quality has gone down while the price has gone up. The office personal is still kind and helpful. The buildings have a roach issue and the basement washers and dryers went up in price only for them to hardly work, the dryer just ate $4 of mine (and have roaches in the screen). I am happy they updated the playground for the children tho."

"Read until the end..The price is expensive here for a one bedroom apartment I pay around 800 I know someone that pays 1000 for their apartment and the plumbing is bad they got to turn off the water twice a month the apartments looks ghetto there ain't no exercise room here aint no pool the yeah there is a playground but its a ghetto playground there are roaches bad we don't have roaches but I heard there is a roach problem there is a cat problem too when we flush the toilet it always floods I wouldn't. recommend it to anyone before you move in make sure that the cost is 600.00 that is what I would really pay to stay here cause there is way to many problems here and then when someone had a bed bug problem here cause they let someone in with bed bugs well the people above them got bed bugs and they told the apartment manager she just shrugged it off and was like well that's your problem so yeah this is a pretty much run down place they need to lower the prices or they are going to loose all the residents there have bee three shootings herewhere someone died in the parking lot two fires and when they relocated us it was ok but we had to pay an extra fee to get our utilities back on. The mold in the walls made me sick to where I died there if it wasn't for my husband doing CPR I would have been dead and the paramedics I am just speaking the truth everyone else is lying and I still live here just speaking the truth oh yeah every year they raise rent on you when you get another lease thank you for reading"
