"I took my girls to the YMCA to play basketball. I went to the front desk and from the beginning the staff was very disrespectful. A girl named Cherry was helping us and she was very disrespectful and rude. I had asked to sign the waiver and she was so disrespectful and made the whole thing much more complicated than it had to be. The questions I had she couldn’t answer and she was very rude about the whole situation in general. I will not being going there anymore. I definitely will not be buying anymore yearly membership for my 4 girls."

"Very nice. What a small gym should be. -weight area -machine area -spinner area -pool w/ kid zone & hot tub -saunas —SUPER size lockers. Can rent a lock. Pool temperature was maybe 1-2 °F higher. Typical for wintertime settings. Very Far from too warm.... Nice. I find it very family safe. I'm stuck with noting that I couldn't find any rowing machines & 12lb dumbbells. Plenty of 8's for walkers. Wifi was iffy upstairs but should stream music ok. Friendly front end staff. I had check-in problems but didn't miss a lap nor crunch. Sunday afternoons not the best time to do paper work here. A little tricky getting here 1st time. If you find a deficiency here, please PM me. Five star. Impressed."
