"They lie right out to people and sell you a house that is not up to city codes that happened to us in Harrisonville mo a house that was built in 1996 that cost us $ 189,900 the basement flooded the sump pump did not work and we had bugs like centipedes that could have hurt us and we got foreclosed on do to the fact that it was a balloon down payment of $10,000 and they did not work with us this was in 2006 and the electrical had problems I should have never listened to my family on that I wish you could take it back but I know you will not thanks a lot for making us move out of Harrisonville and getting us into worse shape then we have thanks a lot I would not recommend American heritage retailors to anyone if they ever ask as far as buying a house through them or selling a house with them they will lie to your face I will make sure anyone here in Cass and bates counties know about this elaborate business that rips people off"
