"If the sign says no parking, than someone is probably parking there. There are some issues with parking as a whole, and getting around can be a bit bothersome."
"This facility is a good choice for senior citizens or disabled who can live without assistance and don't have the ability or desire to maintain a home. The best part is the utilities are included in the rent."
"Terrible maintenance & poor mgt.. Neighbors are very cliqueish $ gossipy, like grade school kids, with very few exceptions. Snow removal from driveways & sidewalks is usually at least 10 or more hours late. Laundry equipment is poorly maintained & laundry facility has poor hours. There are 3 facilities for 85 units & one of them is locked @ 8pm. Security for residents is also poor."
