"For as far as I’ve lived here, my experience at Leawood at State Line Apartments has consistently been a wonderful time each and every day! The maintenance employees are exceptionally wonderful at their work! I’ve lived here for fifteen years, and I never want to leave. The grounds are clean, the neighbors get along, and the hallways inside are nice and clean! The Leawood team all love their jobs and want to stay forever! I want to stay forever, too!"

"I've lived here for a little over a year now and I like living here a lot! My only complaint is how dated the buildings are; some parts of my apartment (the baseboards, the corners of the countertops, the balconies) have really started to show their age. However, maintenance is always quick and responsive to any problems i've had, and the entire staff is friendly and helpful. :) It's a safe, comfortable place to and conveniently close to Target."

"I hate these apartments. The hallways to my apartment smell like dog urine I've complaining to the office so many times they just put an air freshener on the wall. The BIG thing is that the walls are paper thin, you can hear EVERYTHING from neighbors flipping the light switch to lightly talking to everything else if you know what I mean. It's so embarrassing. Also my neighbors have a little dog that likes to bark all day and told the office about it like 10 times and nothing has happened. These walls aren't up to standard code. New neighbors moved in and they have thrown their broken blinds and some trash on the ground mower's just run it over. Been there for 2months About maintenance, had an issue they said they will replace/fix the problem and that was 7 months ago, 3 months ago they said they ordered what they needed but no word since. And I swear new people come and leave left and right so it probably got forgotten about. My lease is about up so I could careless. My dishwasher has broken down like ten times, one time it wasn't fixed for 2-3 months. They keep puting a bandaid on the problem instead of replacing it. It still dosen't work properly. And I don't know what it is but whenever im gone I can breath just fine, but when I come back to the appartment after I complete the day my nose clogs up, always sneezing, itching eyes...I must be allergic to something here. Bottomline there is no way these apartments are worth what they are asking. Only good thing about these apartments is they are located in a good area."
