"I've had knee and hip pain for 9yrs. I expected the pain and inability to function that I would be wheelchair bound but with the shots in my low back and the knee ablation I'm close to being pain free Thankyou Rebecca Sanders"

"Worst place ever. I didn't even get in to be seen. No one and I mean no one knows what they are doing. I heard them disrespect customers who call in. Talk negatively about patients where others patients can over hear. One person tells you one thing and someone else tells you something completely different. I will not return to this facility. I should have known better with it being a part of freeman health. What a joke!"

"Dr Sanders has helped me with my pain. She is so caring, and good at her job. She really knows how to give shots, unlike other doctors I've tried in the area, you have to know what you are doing."

"We had the same exact experience as the other reviewer Hal. My husband pad rotator cuff surgery and his doctor very clear that it was impaired at Mark have some kind of injection directly into a very particular spot of the shoulder. The surgeons wife is Dr. Rebecca Sanders so she referred my husband to her. Despite repeated calls on our part and even request the day of the referral to give us the doctors phone number south so we can advocate for ourselves and get it done quicker, it has been four weeks.Still no injection and still no appointment for the injection. By the way we have very good health insurance that does not require referrals to specialists. But this doctors office did not wanna believe us and had to wait to find out for themselves even though we would have guaranteed payment out of our own pocket in necessary. The health of my husband is more important than the bureaucracy of insurance. She’s a good doctor or not because the car never happened."

"Who knows if the doctor is good or not. It takes a month to get a preliminary appointment. Then you're told we need all your records. You tell them I can pull that up right now. No not good enough. We need written authorization. I go to records and ask that my imaging be sent. Weeks go by and no word from doctor. I call and ask and am told we need reports too. I get hold of medical records and ask them to send my reports. Crickets from the doctor's office. I call and receptionist tells me she doesn't know if they have them yet or not and they are already scheduling 2 months out for the next appointment. If you're too busy to see a patient or really don't care about the patient, just tell them so they can go somewhere else. What a horrible system."
