"Walk up to guard shack to check in. Don’t wait for trucks to clear. I sat in line for 30 minutes waiting for trucks and I shouldn’t have. 6am appointment door at7:20 unloading partial load. Almost 5 hours on property.done."
"Easy check in with Guard at entrance was cool. Don’t pull to the guard. Park to the side of there’s a line park then walk your paperwork to guard. Now my appointment was 6am, got here roughly around 20min before my delivery appointment time. It’s been over 5 hours between getting offloaded and getting my paperwork. Very slow at unloading lost my next reload due to this issue. If your coming here be ready to wait a while. I did a review on this place about a month ago. And this place seems to have gotten worse. People are nice but I’m here trying to make money."
"Absolutely worst facility to unload. Expect a claim if you get there if the location is icy like today. The 3rd party Capstone kept calling me to back up to the door since the location was full of ice and the truck would move once forklift driver would go in. At the end I had a pallet rejected looks like it had fallen down. Good thing is took pictures of load once I opened the door. Sadly the incompetent manager on duty would not take responsibility even though he said he unloaded it."
