"I have had nothing but good a experience here. The management team that I deal with is Rasheda and Reinerio they have been wonderful... I just renewed for 13 more months... They are respectful with me... They work with you as long as you keep them in the loop... The maintenance people are also respectful... love this place that's for sure... They are awesome when it's time to leave... I can't stress enough that they work with you in an individual level you aren't just your apartment number you are a face and a name... They also have a great service department also I put in a service request during this latest storm they were out the next day looking at the problem... They surely have come along way in the last few years..."

The location (next to Kansas City Community College) could not be more perfect. Grocery stores anything you may need is within a half radius. The staff were quite helpful and friendly toward myself at each visit. Deena in particular walked me through every part of the application process and made it a quick transition to my moving.
