"Great management and great maintenance. Lived here for six years and had no major complaints. Neighbors and the area are quiet. Only downside is no washer and dryer hookups or in unit laundry but there is a laundry room downstairs."

"I am looking for an apartment in the area and I decided to stop by this location to ask for information. The guy who helped me was unwelcoming and unhelpful. I asked him for information and questions and all he said was to take the brochure. I felt very unwelcome to this place. I personally wouldn’t recommend to do business with this location."

"GREAT apartments! I moved up here for college and found this to be by far the nicest and cleanst complex around for the price I am paying. most of the residents are older but everyone is friendly and it helps that it is pretty quiet. manager/owner is extremly nice and great with maintance of both the grounds and apartments I have only had 1 tiny problem and it was fixed same day. all apartments have their own water heater which is such an upgrade from my previous apartment where i always had cold showers would absolutly suggest these apartments if you can even get an opening the first time I cam to look they didnt have a single one open"

"If your looking for nice affordable place in KCK this is it!!! Have only lived here for a few months but compared to my old place (Village West Apts off 82nd & Leavenworth) it is lovely. Its quiet, well maintained, wonderful maintenance and staff. Good mix of age range and no ghetto residents which is unusual for urban Wyandotte County."
