"I got "lucky" we even got to cancel our lease. Still had to pay rent for the one week even though I had to keep having them go in to bomb for cockroaches. I had to throw a bunch of my stuff away to avoid any infestations in my daughter's medical equipment. I feel like the possibility of them getting into her INFANT nasal canulla as a perfect reason to cancel and get ALL of our money back. Y'all, under no circumstances, should you move here."

"I've heard nothing but bad things about this place. Someone I knew was supposed to move into their, payed them $1,200 dollars then they randomly wanted a extra 350 on top of that after already paying the $1,200. He ended up getting his check one day later than expected to pay the remaining 350 now they are "mailing him his money back" It's been over 2 weeks and that check still hasnt come to him in the mail. They very fast at taking your money but said he couldn't come get it in person so they mailed it. He's now out of a place to live and homeless until he gets that check in the mail."

"DO NOT LIVE HERE. If I could give 0 stars I would. my roommates and I have been living here since July, signed a year lease and have had a GERMAN COCKROACH PROBLEM that has not been resolved for 4 months. Pam, the manager, Nancy, the leasing manager are the most inconsiderate, incompetent, rude, arrogant, and unhelpful people I have ever met. Pam does not even answer our calls anymore, and when we went into the main office to speak to her in person she shut the door on our faces. Not to mention the place it’s self if below average, when we first moved in the first bedroom stunk of cat urine. Do not live here unless you want to live with a million other roommates in cockroach form."

"I have lived in these apartments for only 2 months and recommend you do not move in! They r always short staffed maintenance wise. They do not take care of their bug problems! I have complained on several occasions they send the exterminator to my apartment weekly but will not comply with inforcing other tenants to have their apartment exterminated. They also don't open their pool everyday that they are supposed too! I am very dissatisfied with the treatment I receive from the office people when I go to complain they just look at me like I'm nuts! I hate living here! Please be advised if u r thinking of moving into these apartments!"

"I would not recommend these apartments to anyone. Complete lack of communication, and then these pictures were what I walked in to at 4pm on our scheduled move in day. Didn’t even get pictures of the kitchen and it was the worst. I showed the pics to the property manager and she attempted to delete them, luckily unbeknownst to her, the “recently deleted” folder exists."
