"This place is horrible. The rent is beyond overpriced, and if you’re having issues with your car and it’s broke down (or it needs to be tagged), they will tow it. This is one of the worst places to live in Saint Joseph."

"This apartment complex was a disappointment for the amount of rent charged per month on top of paying for utilities and the bad location. The landlord was always incredibly hard to get a hold of, hardly ever answered the phone (no other contact info available) and was rude when visiting her office. The entire studio apartment stunk so badly of cigarette smoke that even our appliances smelled like smoke when we moved out. Additionally, the dog bag station only had bags for half of our stay and the trash bin was almost always overflowing. If you have to stay at these apartments due to a 6-month lease/no other options, you’ll survive but be prepared for all sorts of unmentioned fees, dirty common areas, and apathetic management."

"I wouldnt even give one star if I were able to. They not only did away with the cable and did not notify myself and my husband at the very least; they didn't fix anything in a timely manner...if they fixed it at all. Now they are claiming we owe them a huge amount of money for damages...after five months. We gave notice of intentions to move out, they did a walk through and signed off on the apartment...we even got money back?! They are shady and definitely not worth the amount of money they ask for in rent."

"It wasn't a terrible experience. The apartments are kinda cozy, the pool is decent, it's nice being surrounded by trees. Sometimes there isn't enough parking, the walls are kinda thin so it felt like I was in the apartment with the newborn baby that lived beneath us. Rent did go up so I decided to move, but maybe should have stayed considering the options in town"

"Rent gets raised every year. Basic cable use to be 30 extra per month. That is now gone and my rent will go up 35$ if I sign a new lease. Things do not get fixed timely or correctly. I used to be happy there"
