"It was nice and clean. The heater bed topper was nice.assagw was great, but the lady wouldn't quit talking which was annoying and made it tougher for me to relax. I have a tough enough time relaxing anyways. Appointments are recommended, it would be tough to walk in and not have an appointment. You would have to be very lucky. They try to up sell on a time or two a month by joining their club. I would have probably been much more apt to do it but it's only good after your first visit so I told her I guess I won't be joining them. Check and see if you use your gift cards a lot of them have gratuity added in so you don't want to tip them twice."
"Tim and Erica S. are the best massage therapists at this location. Both are very thorough and nice. Make sure you keep up with your membership information, though, because you can get conflicting information from the front desk staff. I was told I had 2 more massages from 1 staff member, who set me up for my last 2 appointments. When I finally had my 2nd to last massage, the other staff member told me that was my last 1. How inconvenient and disappointing."
"Here we have another letdown . 2nd time my therapist was a no show , and a third late . It’s truly amazing if I’m a no show they still doc ya credit. But boi they sure don’t credit ya when they in the wrong . Definitely about cancel the membership and if you looking to be disappointed go sign up . I asked for a manager to call me , and that has yet to happen. I can only imagine if this place served food . I’d do better eating out a garbage can ."
"First time visiting this location and I had the pleasure of being massaged by Tim. Tim is usually booked and had a cancellation that day, what a lucky day for me!!! He was amazing, I’m always checking now to see if he has an opening. The front desk staff was friendly and the waiting area was so calm and relaxing. It’s not a location that’s close to me but I’ll be visiting this location again."
"I like how the waiting room is separate from the front of the store. They offer water or different flavors of tea. My facial masseuse was Nikki. She was very friendly and taught me a lot about my skin. I like how she told me about the products they sell but didn't hound me to make a purchase. She also wrote down what she used during my session if I wanted to buy the products online. There is plenty of parking nearby. Overall it was a great experience."
