"Horrible GlassBuild Service. The man Dink does not care about customer service in any capacity. His attitude is SO bad from checkout to checkin. The iPad I was given was a fight to keep the cable connected and charged so the battery was constantly going low. It advertises it takes photos of traditional business cards (but only with a full battery). When questioned, his response is weak and completely without understanding or compassion of what it’s like to be working a trade show booth for 3 days with client meeting before and after, including meals. He’s lackadaisical. No discount, future coupon or any consideration was provided. I’ll work to avoid paying so much for so little in the future and am disappointed to find this is a Mo company."

"What a great place, no complaints here. I would like to just thank you for the ability to visit Cancun Mexico. We could have never afforded it, had it not been for (my wife at the time) mother, who works there. Yes, what a good company. We were able to fly there with an all inclusive hotel , for like $250.00. thanks to her mom being an employee there. That was a memory I will never forget. Thanks for listening, and keep up the good work guys, your the best at travel!"

"Nickie the manager tried her best and I appreciate her efforts but the rest of the agents before her dropped the ball. I didn’t get the proper information to make a better decision on a soon to be issue with a flight that was cancelled due to weather. I give it 3 stars because of Nickie. If it wasn’t for her, this would have been 1."

"Worst event company so far. I have not heard back from anyone even though I have called and emailed twice regarding missing registrations and hotel reservations for Conexpo 2023. Customer service is non-existent. I would not recommend that anyone use this event management company for any type of event. Zero stars would be more appropriate, to represent the zero amount of help we've received in attempting to rectify our situation."
