"Small company with great customer service. We had 17 of us which incuded 8 kids under 10. We had some of pur own kayaks, but forgot life vests. They gave us some at no charge. We needed 2 less kayaks than we reserved and they gave us pur money back..didn’t expect that. Wonderful experience!!"

"Planned a trip with my friends and out of state family to be put in at 10am. Arrived at 9:45. Got a call from one of the ladies there and she said there was one more group in front of us that had to be dropped off. Okay, cool. The man in the white bus said they would be right back. We waited 2 hours for them to come. Once I called at 12 I was told they had just got back and had to throw our raft on and would be on the way. We waited another 30min and still nothing. I called and asked what was going on and again, they "we're on the way." I let them know if they weren't there in the next 10minutes I was leaving. As soon as I got in my car to leave they finally showed up. The man in the white van stopped and asked if we were waiting on a raft and I let them know yes for 2 hours now. I then got YELLED at by the guy. Great* customer service. The lady driving the van came by and spoke with us, apologized for the behavior of the man in the other vehicle and got us taken care of. Once we got to the river at 1pm it was an okay float despite the fact that our friends had to go earlier (on their own tubes) and we didn't get to spend the day with them. I won't be back because the owner clearly doesn't care that his incompetent staff cannot handle things effectively. You'd make so much more money and would have the funds to get better things for your customers if you would run your business properly."

"Half the employees were tweaking outta they’re own skin. It’s taken over 2 hours from the time we got here till the bus even cane to pick us up. There is plenty of different places with better service! Update: We showed up at 8:45 for a Float scheduled at 9:00 AM. Even though the company and or Staff replied calling me a liar. I’ve been to several other float rentals and had a blast! Thanks for the read drop a like and if you’ve had similar service leave a review."

"The price was right (Star one), although we hoped for better floating tubes. The staff was entertaining in their own sense (Star two), although they could’ve been more timely. (Waited one hour for pick up. Come on folks, people may be on vacation, but our time to enjoy it, is important to us!) The memories they helped our family create, was priceless! (Star three) We docked them the last two stars because of the issues mentioned above, with the most important one being-timeliness. Thanks for the memories and I hope my review doesn’t detour someone from renting from you, because after the rough start, we had a BLAST!"

"Just an all around bad experience. We waited an hour for our boat and were one of 3 groups doing so. They just stopped answering their phone at one point. When they did arrive, the transport van was unsafe, uncomfortable, and they left us sitting it a black van on a 94 degree day with no ac and no windows for 15 minutes while they argued amounst themselves about a group that had given up after a 1.5 hour wait. The boat that we rented for 4 barely fit 3 and 2 of us had to spend most of the trip in the water. We had a blast on the river but will never use this terrible company again."
