"Where to start with my unpleasant experience. This gentleman does not listen, only speaks. So in trying to disiminate information to him about your possible needs or wants- your voice will be drowned about by his barrage of bad information. I made the pre-emptive strike to NOT bother doing business with him- but to take it to someone else that I have had a much better experience with in the past.. She is out of Rolla, but works with you very closely over the phone- and by mail. Please do NOT waste your valuable time with this guy!!!!"
