"Purchased a skin care product from afar (different state) and had them ship it to me. Package arrived promptly, but the envelope broke open in transit and all I received was an an empty envelope. I reached out to see if there was anything they could do and they immediately sent me a new package, taped very securely, product intact. Thanks for your superior customer service."

"Overall a really great experience with this place. Super friendly people, informative on products and services without pressure to do anything which is great. Did not try to sell me a bunch of stuff I didn’t need. Very interested in my goals, whether or not they were realistic . Very encouraging which I appreciated. If you’re on the fence about going in for their free consultation Just do it. Also, it didn’t seem like they were just trying to sell me something the one day and we’re interested in being a part of my journey whatever that might look like. Very refreshing this day and age. UPDATE: 1/16/24- Be careful when purchasing any skincare products. They do not tell you upfront that if you do not like the product and if it doesn’t work for you, they will not provide any remedies. You’ll be stuck wasting hundreds of dollars of products with zero recourse."

"unfortunately i am editing my review because my appointment was cancelled and i was charged $100 after already paying $900 up front in services. i went to urgent care to get treated and got on antibiotics and they still charged me after saying i WOULD BE THERE. she cancelled my appointment and charged me. it’s holiday season, i just went to get treated and they still took money out. i drive an hour for these services. it was literally my last appointment. if you’re checking out the reviews Katie is absolutely amazing, super personable and friendly, she makes the experience so comfortable. the med spa itself is gorgeous and clean, you won’t be disappointed in the services Katie does, she’s a nurse. just be careful of cancellation fees , even if you are sick, they WILL NOT accommodate. considering there are nurses there, i figured they would understand but unfortunately they don’t. so if you are sick make sure you are sick 48 hours in advance so you can call!! i know we all can plan our sickness."

"Been a long time client of skinBe. It is the best med spa I have ever gone too. All the people that work there are understanding and kind. And I love that they all have a good sense of humor. My skin has never looked better and it makes me feel so much better about myself. Highly recommend!!!"
