"This company does a great job. We LOVED our experience last year! We even re-contracted with them for this year. However, 6 weeks away from our departure date they called asking for $4,000 MORE than what we originally agreed upon. It is one thing for diesel prices to increase, but $4,000 with only 6 weeks to generate those funds is impossible."
"We had a wonderful experience with Crossroads. I was a bus broker for years, and, therefore, know the industry very well. I typically charter 40+ buses per year. Lately, its been tough, bus owners seem uptight, and I've had a lot of negative experiences lately. Crossroads was different! When I first talked to Jim he was warm and friendly. He was super accommodating of my fluid schedule. I got my contract in record time and then the driver's number immediately upon asking. Our driver, Robert, was absolutely amazing. He was also warm, friendly and relaxed in demeanor but very quick and efficient with his driving. Some drivers can be uptight about any deviation from schedule. We were shuttling, and so we needed to make some changes on the fly. Robert totally rolled with the punches and was so easy about everything. He was always ready to go, but at the same time made me feel at ease that I could take my time and make decisions about what needed to happen for my group. I wish every bus charter company would take a page out of Crossroad's book. Thank you for the wonderful service!"
"Wonderful experience with Crossroads Charters! Jim was extremely easy to work with and provided a great service at a very reasonable price (especially compared to other companies in the Branson area). Used Crossroads to shuttle wedding party and guests for my daughter's wedding at Dogwood Canyon. Driver was great (Rory) and busses were clean and served the purpose of getting guests to and from the venue safely. Would highly recommend Crossroads!"
