"Awesome Staff! Very thorough and informative. Took their time with me, listened to all of my concerns, asked all the appropriate questions and they made me feel comfortable. I had nurses checking on me throughout the entire process and it made me feel like they really genuinely cared about my well being. I went to the office in Overland and they were exceptionally clean and not overwhelmed. I would recommend Total Access to everyone!"

"The urgent care at Page Boulevard and 170 is so good. Everyone is friendly, attentive, timely, and really take care of the patients. Being able to set an appointment up online and then letting you know when your turn is coming up is wonderful. I have been to other urgent cares that we’re not as friendly oriented. This one gets a five star rating!"

"The office was very clean and they sanitized after each patient. Everyone was polite and friendly. The wait was long but was explained the the wait time at check-in. The proving doctors provided great personal care. They listened to my issues before diagnosing me."

"I have nothing but praise for the nurse who took care of me. Dec 23rd eve, around 4.30pm I was sick with body pain and headache, feeling nauseous and just sick--other urgent care did not even take me in as they were closing at 5pm. This urgent care (St. Louis @ Page & I-170) said they would schedule me, had a great texting system and they let me know when I the second-in-line so I had time to drive and get there. The nurse was phenomenal, welcoming and compassionate. Just talking to her made me feel better. I don't recall her name, but she had 'Beautiful' tattooed on her neck (in another language), also 'love yourself first' on her arm. She talked about what it meant in English and how I don't need to worry they will take care of me. She smiled and laughed. I believe she needs a commendation or raise. I will remember her for a while, even after I am better."

"This was the second time I got sick just as a holiday weekend was starting- thank goodness for TAUC. The “online waiting” system allowed me to wait in the comfort of my home. When I arrived everyone was pleasant and helpful - true angels. The care was excellent and the doctor patiently explained everything and I never felt rushed. Highly recommended- just be sure to get in the virtual line as early as possible (before 8a), especially when doctors offices are closed."
