"They constantly leave you on a minimum of 5 minutes hold when you call. Then they expect you to wait on them everytime you need to reschedule to find it convenient to answer . The doctor called me a drug Addict cause I was pale, turns out my iron count was bottomed out an I needed a transfusion. Then when you do FINALLY speak to someone it's always the same women an she's rude every time. I wouldn't trust them to care for an earth worm much less a human being. Oh to top it off they will cancel your heart an bloodpressure mess without notice if it's not convenient to sit on hold for 20 minutes everytime you call. Never in my life have I dealt with such unprofessional service. These people not only un professional but border line dangerous."

"This is the worst hospital I’ve ever been to. They took my blood pressure while I was standing, if that tells you anything. I had to go for a physical for work. They took me to a dirty storage room type area because the nurse couldn’t figure out how to use the blood pressure machine in the room, so she searched for another. She spent forever searching for the blood pressure machine, then had to detangle so many knots in the wires. The best part is she took my blood pressure standing up, and when I challenged the nurses on this, they gave me major attitude stating that the nurse knew what she was doing. In my many years, I’ve never once had my blood pressure taken while standing up. Just horrible."

"Doctors are great but Staff is really RUDE and snotty. They interrupt, argue and belittle you at every chance they get. I'm leaving this office after 8 years with them after being made to feel like I am NOT a valued patient. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this place."

"The doctor I was scheduled to see left the practice and I was not notified that my appointment was cancelled. It was a new patient appointment, so I had been waiting for several months. If an appointment is cancelled, the patient needs to know. This is for the location at 2024 Dorsett Village. I highly recommend going elsewhere. Completely unprofessional."

"This medical group's frontline staff is horrific. I visited the office today, 8/11/23 for my daughter's appt and they double booked the doctor, or Dr. Stum left. Instead of communicating the truth they fabricated an issue to force my daughter to see a provider she has never met. This type of behavior is unacceptable in a doctors office and playing musical doctors in NOT a thing! Jumping from Dr to Dr is often time how people get misdiagnosed, issues overlooked, and sometime have a fatal ending because none of the 10,000 doctors you seen from week to week really know anything about you. When your doctor doesn't know anything about you they miss stuff! Historically, Black women die at the hand of white providers because if we don't look like we are about to break in half white providers (the nurses and doctors) dismiss your concerns. So while Dr. Strum is a women of color, she has been informed by us prior that her front line staff is abrasive, condescending, disrespectful, disregarding, and fabricators, its been 4 years at this point, were done! Nor would I recommend that new clients come to this office. They are lazy, disorganized and just flat out clowns!"
