Cori was absolutely amazing for my family's trip to the Grand Canyon: she juggled multiple different locations, date ranges, flight info, rental car, and special requests. When one hotel had some issues beyond anyone's control, she went to bat for us, and even responded to me after hours (I had forgotten the time difference). Cori was so kind, and the stuff I normally get vexed by for a vacation, she handled like it was a breeze! Also, for anyone else who didn't know, travel agency services don't cost anything to the traveler--which I wasn't expecting, especially for the quality of service in just our initial phone call.
