"What an Amazing On Going Experience working With Dr.Dave Candy at MORE 4 LIFE PHYSICAL THERAPY He has taught me about Body Alignment to Reduce Back Pain. Different Exercises to Do. & It’s ok to take a Break in your Day Relax on a Heating Pad lying down & get Back Pain Relief. It’s 20 minutes for me then I am ready to go finish my Day..Somedays if the weather is rainy, I might have to relax on heat 2 times a day. Let me tell you this has & remains very positive for me. Before We went there I was struggling every day.. My husband is going for pain in his knees & I am going for my Lumbar/Thoracic Back Pain. "My story starts with ongoing pain in my hips, probably due to my age. I made an appointment with an orthopedic surgeon for a consultation. X-rays were taken. He said my hip bones were still in pretty good shape and that I should try some physical therapy to see if that gives me some relief.
