"The actual sleep study was great. Afterwards, I was lied to, had to wait for them to send the order, was told it was sent, it wasn’t. The place waiting for the order called, was told it wasn’t sent. Called the next day and the girl on the phone couldn’t even keep her story straight about my order, then seemed shocked when I got upset. Don’t lie and you don’t have to worry about keeping your story straight. I have severe sleep apnea, about 79 episodes an hour, but I guess that’s not a big deal. I thought they were an honest company, but like I said, when you can’t keep your story straight, you’re lying."

"My hubby left the power supply for his c-pap at home when we went on vacation. He called Branson Pulmonology and Sleep to see if they had one. They said yes, come on in. When we arrived my husband was given the correct replacement..at no charge. Yes, you read that right. Free. He went back in to get their business card so he could send it back to them when we got home and they gave him a prepaid postage shipping envelope!! They do business as if we were family..or better!
