"Horrendous customer service and unprofessional staff. They don't answer their phone, they don't send over orders in a timely fashion, nor will they call you back. They do not give a s#@t!!! If you care about your life do not go here."
"Wife went. No call back. No nothing. Sick for a year ... they dont care. She had to regulate her own meds. Local family doctor couldnt contact them either. Straight to voicemail. So unprofessional it's unbelievable. Go elsewhere if you want treated."
"Dr Tirumalasetty is unprofessional and under qualified to be providing medical care. She does not listen to patient concerns, doesn't answer questions and basically ignores you when you are talking. Maybe she doesn't think heart palpitations and chest pain are real concerns in a 35 year old patient in her care, and that just switching brand names of medication without ordering labs is ok, but I don't. How can you diagnose a patient without recent labs (she refused to order new labs despite it being more than a year that I pay cash for)? Also the office doesn't return messages unless you leave multiple messages over the course of days. My suggestion is that if you have a real endocrine issue you go elsewhere because this clinic doesn't give a hoot."
