"DO NOT recommend this place at all! Check in takes forever let alone to be seen for a sports physical with hardly anyone in the waiting area! Over an hour and still not out of this place! Maybe they need to hire more help"
"Another 5-star review and I'd give it a 10 if available! This is the 2nd time we've come to Cox Urgent Care. This time, we didn't have an appointment so wasn't sure how long we'd have to wait. It's Thursday around 11:30am and still the same quick service as when we had an appointment. Super stoked about this place and great customer service too."
"I came in to support my wife at the doctor's office. On walking in and setting down the front desk Manager asked if my service dog was a service animal? (Vest labeled in plan sight) I said yes. She gave me a disbelieving look and in front of a room full of people said "what service does he provide?" Embarrassed and humiliated I answered "he's court ordered for ptsd." I then informed her, her questions of me were violating federal law (the ADA) . She angrily said "it's Cox policy ". My question is, what policies trump Federal law?"
"Always friendly and have wide range of hours starting at 7am. Super helpful doctors...Dr. Poehler's is the best!! Thank you for taking such good care of my kids and me!!"
"Absolutely the worst place to go in the Cox system for so many reasons!!!! You can never get through to speak to someone, they are rude, they give you incorrect information, and to top it off they forget that you are in a room for over and hour and still try to charge for that visit! Who does that!? The nurse gave an excuse for why it happened and then tried to retract it after we spoke to another. If at all possible DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! I have had several family members go here on separate occasions and all with the same experiences! They need shut down. They were like this before the pandemic and I'm so sick of their excuses!!!"
