"The office staff is really nice! And I really like registered nurse practitioner Miranda GoForth!. Thank you for your kindness. I did see Stacy Burnett today and my visit was interrupted by her nurse questioning about a patient she had just seen I believe! How rude and unprofessional that Dr Burnett actually stepped halfway out of the office well I'm in the middle of explaining what's happening! I have added that to my many complaints about that doctor!"

One of the better choices I have made in asking him to be my PCP. It is worth the drive to Eureka Springs, AR if you do not live there. A+ in all areas. Office personnel, nurses, and Dr.s.
