"They don't allow you to make an appointment. You have to go in when in crisis. Who has the mental capacity to think about doing that while in crisis? It makes no sense. I finally manage to make it in and I have to wait for 2 hours to see someone. If I had an appointment I would have gotten right in. The lady finally comes out, Joyce I wanna say. We go back and she immediately diagnoses me with BPD (borderline personality disorder). We do a few sessions and then one day, an hour or so before my appointment, her secretary calls and cancels on me. I reschedule and same thing. So I quit going. I found a new therapist and have a correct diagnosis of CPTSD and am doing much better. If you go here, they will ignore you, misdiagnose you and shrug you off, all while trying to get you to stay so they can get your money."

"I’ve been going to Ozark Center for about 4 years now. I was referred for therapy, nobody called me back. I was referred for ADHD testing, never got a call back. Literally 50% of the time I call this place for medication refills nobody answers the phone. Very frustrating place to deal with."

"I have had really great experiences with Hope Spring. My providers have been very competent and compassionate. There was one psychiatric nurse practitioner who I felt did not treat me with as much respect as I would have liked, but I was promptly referred to another provider. Dr. Barnhart has been wonderful, and I feel like she really cares about me as a person and not just my diagnosis. For therapy, Mark Miller is a great therapist who specializes in DBT and Narrative therapy. I worked with him for about 2 years, and it was some of the most healing therapy I have ever had. Thank you, Mark! I have also had a great experience with Steven Dillard, he specializes in ACT and EMDR and has been very helpful to me in my next step in recovery. I think most providers at Hope Spring will be more than willing to listen and help you through whatever it is you're going through. Best of luck to you, reader!"

"They’ve treated me okay, but what they’ve done to my fiancé is not okay. His therapist referred him to a new one since she was leaving and they still have not hashed out the issue for almost two months now and it’s ridiculous how rude some of the receptionist are when all you want is to try and figure out who your therapist will be. I genuinely hope they improve and I’m not sure if I want to stay a patient there despite there being really good therapists there!"

"If you are really trying to work on yourself, and get real help working through issues, avoid this place. My therapist tried to push meds for my first two appointments. I refused, and then thereafter was treated differently. I had seen my therapists for 3 months, and really gotten nowhere. Like it was blatantly obvious she had NO CLUE what she was doing. My husband decided to start seeing a therapist as well. He was assigned a therapist that had put in her two weeks notice. He was supposed to get a referral to another, and noone ever called."
