"I was referred to Pro Scale Joplin by a specialist in hair restoration to see about SMP (scalp micro pigmentation) pertaining to large scars on the back of my head. I spoke with Chris on the phone and shared photographs of the areas of my concern. After corresponding with Chris I traveled to Jolin and had a consultation. That day I decided to start the process. Chris was very informative and explained the process and procedures as I was not familiar with this experience. Needless to say I was initially uneasy going into this process because I did not know what to expect. He was very assuring as he himself had shared some similar experiences. After my first session I was amazed of the results of his fantastic work and artistry. Thus far I have had three total sessions with Chris and have a few more follow ups to complete the process. The procedure was painless to my suprise and I experienced absolutely no need for recovery time. His work area is very clean and relaxing. Chris provides music and or the ability to watch tv during the procedure. Chris is very professional and personable. He is very knowledgeable in this field and showed a genuine interest in what I was looking to see for results. "I've had four sessions with Chris at Pro-scalp and am very happy with the results. I was worried about having something that looked unnatural, so he started with a pretty conservative approach and added density across a larger area as I got more comfortable with it. The final product looks great with a short cut and when I let it grow out it also looks quite a bit darker/thicker. While the procedure is a little uncomfortable, its not painful and the office is nice and relaxing with a TV/music of your choice to help pass the time. Would definitely recommend!"
