"My 73 year old husband has been at Joplin Rehab for two weeks after a major back surgery. We are so pleased he has received excellent care from the staff and P/T department. Anna & Estella are very thorough & caring with the therapy he’s been receiving. Sue & Anthony give excellent care along with the other staff members. Many thanks to Dave as well for seeing he’s able to receive an additional five days of treatments. The kind, compassionate, prompt care he’s received has made our lives much easier knowing he’s in good hands. Thank you Joplin Health & Rebab! Highly recommend your facility for those in need."

"I was reading my wife's review she did not write any of what was on the review the nursing staff gave her to many pain pills she o.d. twice and 3 times in a week her blood sugar got down in the 30's twice that week she was sent to the hospital and Dr. Conrad seen my wife one time from April to July my wife called me at 3:30 am needing help to go to the bathroom I thought I was going to have to drive there to help her the male night nurse got kinda testy which didn't set well with me they need to improve on a lot of things there is one day time nurse I call kia which stands for "know it all" I tried to stay far away from her"

"I have much respect for Joplin Health and Rehab. My grandmother moved from ICU to this facility with the goal of getting stronger and getting back home. I am sure i will forget some names or spell them wrong, but this is to everyone involved, in no specific order. From Barb, Ashlee, Jessica, Elissa, Kali, David, Anna, Tiffany, Carlos.....all the way down the list. They did amazing stuff. I have been to other similar facilities in the area on the other side of my family and I can't say anything negative in comparison to my experiences at all of them. Thanks to the staff for being patient when they often didn't need to be and likely shouldn't have been. Much respect and thanks to all for everything. "My grandma lived there for almost 3 years. She recently passed but in her last few days, the staff was amazing. They were very compassionate with us and took care of us as we spent the last hours with her. The last nurse we had overnight (Anthony I believe), was absolutely wonderful. I spent the night with her and he made sure my grandma was comfortable and checked on me through the night. Thank you all for being so caring."
