Walmart Vision & Glasses

"If you're insurance covers other providers I would highly recommend going anywhere but here. They convinced me to try their no lined bifocals, saying that if they didn't work for me that they would be happy to put in the lined lenses. Not once did she mention that there would be an additional charge. As a matter of fact she made it sound as if it were a service they provide, or that it would be covered under the insurance I purchased. Needless to say the no lined didn't work out and I needed the lined after all. I was charged $105 3 months later! I feel as if I was scammed, big time! Shady business practice if you ask me. Not to mention that they were nice enough while we were purchasing our glasses, but once adjustments needed to be made and questions needed to be asked they were rude as all get out. If I were you I'd find a better place than this."

"I have always purchased my contact lenses from Walmart Vision Center on 7th street. I have never had a problem with any of the employees until today. I called asking how much my specific contact lenses would run me. Before I could finish my sentence, I was rudely cut off by the man I was speaking to on the phone. I then proceeded to tell him the specific brand of contacts that I wanted. He gave me the price and so I asked how much a year supply would be before insurance. He gives me the price. So then I ask how much they would cost if I used insurance. Instead of politely asking me what insurance I have, he says “How am I supposed to tell you when I don’t even know” Sir part of your job is to ask! I tell him I have Walmart insurance, so he tells me the price. Before being hung up on, I tell him that I didn’t have my eye exam at Walmart and AGAIN before I could finish my sentence, he says “I don’t care, I didn’t ask.” Then he hung up. Very disappointed with the customer service and I will now be ordering my contacts from 15th street Walmart from now on."

"Service has really declined. We came to get some groceries and get baby food for our grand babies. There is only one check out lane with 15 carts lined up to check out. You cannot run WIC through self check. It was the same the last 3 visits. We are leaving groceries in the cart and going elsewhere to shop. This will not be our 1st choice going forward."
