"Staff is unprofessional, disrespectful, and condescending. They seem to delight in creating barriers to receiving treatment. I would recommend trusting your health care needs to literally anyone else. Just want to point out that I have made reports about my issues with Mercy directly to the business. Request from their social media team is disingenuous and designed to make others believe they care. However, they have already received information and took no action and did not communicate with me in any manner after the complaint was made. Don't let them fool you."

"Was turned away for being a Neosho patient...despite a.) Being told elsewhere that I could get my simple nursing visit (i.e. no appointment required) taken care of at any Mercy clinic, Stone's Corner included, and b.) My PCP at Neosho being a doctor there as well. The receptionist abruptly told me that they "do not provide services for Joplin or Neosho patients at that particular Mercy clinic" and that was that. Either they have recently changed their policies and only see patients registered at that particular clinic, patients whose PCP specifically practices at the Stone's Corner clinic, or someone was seriously mistaken. Or all of the above. If you are a non-Mercy Stone's Corner patient and plan to come by this clinic for whatever reason, I strongly encourage you to call first and verify they'll even bother with you so you don't waste your time like I did."
