"They forgot what day I even came in for my appointment they thought I hadn’t been in for more than two years. I had to pull up an actual invoice from them that shows a summary of when I was there and the date and what they did just approve that I was actually at their office. What kind of records do these people keep this is a medical building and you have to show them when you’ve been there the last time. After arguing with them and telling them that I was just in there six months ago they proceeded to tell me I had to come back again for an over-the-counter medication that they could prescribe or that I could just go to Walmart and pick up called omeprazole. The nurse Jennifer was rude and even apologize to me for being rude. Dealing with this place makes me respect my general practitioner and I had for 35 years that retired. I’ll never use this place again."

"The nurse Jennifer was very rude. She even apologized for it. She proceeded to prescribe me medicine that I had previously been prescribed that did not work. When I mentioned this is when she got rude and agitated. I feel she that didn’t care about my needs. Then to top it off the lady at window handed me my next appointment card and shut the curtain in my face never said a word. Not telling me anything or what to do next. Also as someone who goes to Katy trail due income I’d expect them to find affordable medicine not give me a prescription that cost $300 per month. For $300 per month I can go to a private practice doctor in Kansas City that gives personalized care."

"We've been trying for two days to get a refill on our granddaughter's migraine medication. Katie trail says they called it in. Wal.art says they have to talk to the doctor to refill ot. I called Katy trail again and told them to call Walmart and then us. So far no call back from Katy trail. Poor communication by Katy trail. In the meantime my granddaughter suffers."

"I love Katy Trail of Warsaw. I was in today with my daughter, who was feeling pretty anxious about her visit. Her nurse was incredible and my daughter could not help but feel more at ease with her. She made this visit one that may encourage my daughter to be less reluctant to seek the care she needs. Thank you. She even cared for some issues concerning my aunt's health. The doctor was careful with my daughter. He let her know what he was going to do before doing it which help incredibly with her anxiety. The entire staff was friendly and efficient and I do not feel that my daughter could have received better care anywhere else."
